Our interpretation of the iconic image of the Mother and Child that first appeared on a wall painting in the
Catacomb of Priscilla, Rome, Italy.
The central design elements are carefully folded and sculpted by hand using virgin white glass.
A a gather of clear molten glass is applied over the central design element and fumed with a translucent blue veil.
A final gather of crystal clear glass is applied over these elements casing the finished design.
This is the largest of our Madonna series sculptures and
is configured to provide an unrestricted 360 degree view
of the interior design elements.
The price includes an engravable marble presentation base.
